Service Description
Please contact us via text message only on 020 454 6488 (no phone calls, please) to request a booking, and include a brief description of your cat’s breed, weight, temperament, coat condition, and the grooming services required. Once we receive this information, we will advise whether we are able to provide a suitable grooming service for your cat.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, but we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your pet's grooming appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a fee equal to 50% of the starting cost of the service, which will be applied to your next booking. Thank you for your understanding. By booking, you agree to this policy.
