Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, but we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your pet's grooming appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a fee equal to 50% of the starting cost of the service, which will be applied to your next booking. Thank you for your understanding.
